Move On the Go's Policies
We have a few things we would like to state before our services are booked.

We would like to state that after whatever hours you have booked, that if you go over the time, that after 10 minutes has passed, that is considered another hour. We would like to remind customers that they need to keep a good eye on the time if they do not wish to pay for an extra hour. However, if you wish for us to finish out and you are willing to spend the extra money, we have no problem with finishing the job. We try to always move with whatever time you are booked for, but we understand that not every move is going to go, as quick as we would like it to.

If you have anything extremely heavy such as a pool table, piano, gun safe or a hot tub, there is an additional $150 charge for that as it can be a liability for our workers. There is an option when you are checking out from your cart that asks you to check the box if you have any of these items, please be sure that you click on the box if you do. We will also provide this option to pay it all together when you book. Just go back to your bookings, there is a button for request a “heavy charge” if you click on that you can check out with that, and it will cover that charge.

We have a cancellation policy that we ask that you try to cancel at least 4 days before you move, if you do so there is no charge but within 3 days of you move and we will charge a $50 cancellation fee.

You can reschedule at any time. While we would prefer if you could give us a few days’ notice, but we understand that things could happen and back up your move. Just call us @ 407-640-0025 to reschedule. There is no charge for rescheduling your move.

We will help the customers set up any items but the customers are responsible for providing the tools necessary. There is a $50 charge added.

We do not have moving trucks, all we are is a labor service for moving items. If you would like us to bring a truck, we can return one for you through U-Haul.
